An effortless way to settle.
I work with a form of meditation that’s based on an effortless, friendly settling. It draws on attitudes such as appreciation, gratitude, love and compassion. It can support a clearer, more relaxed and creative way of meeting life – with more recovery, focus and a steadier way of dealing with sensory overload and inner restlessness.
Tradition and independence
In the end, it belongs to you.
The meditation I teach comes from the Ishaya tradition. My teacher is Ishtar. It’s simple, effective and effortless and is oriented towards a deep settling. The mind is allowed to become quieter, while thoughts can still be present.
What I especially value about the meditation I work with is that it’s intended to strengthen people without binding them to teachers. Instead, people become increasingly independent. Guidance can be useful depending on the situation.
What meditation stands for here
- effortlessness rather than performance pressure
- strength, self-regulation and noticeable relief
- concentration, creative flow and inner order
- practical for everyday life, pleasant and with growing independence
How it works
The introduction is designed as a compact weekend format, usually on two consecutive days – Saturday and Sunday. We take around four to six hours on each day.
You learn the meditation techniques and practise them directly. Between practice sessions there are talks and explanations about the practice, as well as time for questions and exchange. The techniques are built around appreciation, gratitude, love and compassion.
After the introduction, you can continue practising the meditation independently in everyday life. If you have questions later or would like to deepen your practice, refresher and follow-up sessions are available.
