Meditation
I teach an effortless approach to meditation that you can continue practising independently afterwards. Online individually or in a small group.
For farewells
After a death, I can support you in your grief or write and deliver a personal funeral speech. I also offer farewell speeches and laudations for other significant goodbyes.
What guidance is
Some situations cannot be resolved quickly.
The death of someone close, a separation, exhaustion or a change where it isn’t yet clear what comes next.
I listen closely. And when I notice that we’re talking around something, I address it.
In guidance, we sort through what’s happening and what could help you in practical terms. We take time for what can otherwise easily get left behind in everyday life. What you tell me remains confidential.
About
How I came to this work
My work has grown out of different experiences, training and professional paths. Meditation has been part of my life for many years; later came supporting people, working as a speaker and systemic constellation work.

In the initial consultation we get to know each other and talk about what brings you here. I’ll tell you openly whether I can usefully support your concern. If it feels right for both of us, we discuss what a next step could look like.

How do I know which kind of guidance fits my concern?
You don’t need to choose an offer in advance. In the free initial consultation, we talk about what’s happening. I’ll tell you openly which form of guidance might fit – or if I’m not the right person for it.
How does the free initial consultation work?
The conversation lasts 30 minutes and is free. You tell me what this is about, we clarify first questions and see whether working together feels right for both of us. If it does, we then discuss the next sensible step.
Can I request a funeral speech at short notice?
Yes. If a funeral is approaching, contact me directly. Funeral appointments take priority in my calendar, and a speech can often be prepared within a few days.
