In our conversations, we explore meditation, consciousness, spirituality and the question of how spiritual practice actually shows up in one’s own life. The focus is on personal experiences, different perspectives and the questions that can arise along a spiritual path.
Hit by a Butterfly
Hit by a Butterfly is a podcast with personal conversations in German and English about meditation, change, farewells and loss.
I speak with people about experiences that changed something in their lives: transitions, relationships, grief, spirituality and what sometimes only becomes understandable in retrospect.
I’m not interested in perfect stories or finished answers. I want to know what someone actually experienced and what has stayed with them.
